Helpful, quick and efficient

Thank you for your help and quick delivery of two replacement trays with good quality lids to help manage the easy change my mums medicines. My mum is finding the tab Time Machine easy to use and no forgotten meds or problem with when to take the next ones. Many thanks

I bought a tabtime and spare tray because my husband was either over-dosing on his Parkinson’s meds or forgetting to take them entirely. He has to take 6 timed meds a day so I was having to change the tray after only a few days at 11pm after his last meds. I decided to buy a 2nd tabtime and spare tray and split his daily meds between the 2. The first 3 doses in one timer and the second 3 in the 2nd timer. This way I only have to change trays every 9 days and at a more suitable time and, if we’re going away I can fill the extra trays and not have to take all his med boxes with us.
It is working very well. My husband can no longer overdose as he is unable to access more than the timed meds when the alarm goes off and the alarm continues until he has taken his meds from the tray.
The only thing I would like to see is a spare chart for the trays that I could write on as his meds don’t fit with the times on those supplied - the one for 3x daily says morning, noon & night which isn’t right for him.

Very good but can see an improvement

This is very good but can see an improvement, the lid is very flimsy so have had to keep it in the box, it would have been nice if the lid was ridged with a clip.
