Warranty for TabTime Products

Thank you for purchasing a TabTime product.  This limited warranty applies only to physical goods purchased from TabTime ltd or authorised resellers (the “physical goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, for a covered warranty defect, TabTime Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of the physical goods that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

TabTime Ltd will either repair the physical goods at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or replace it. Prior to providing any warranty service, TabTime ltd may require you to provide proof of purchase details (e.g. sales invoice or receipt).

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from TabTime Ltd is 12 months from the date of purchase. A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical goods.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship including but not limited to normal wear and tear, commercial use, accidental damage or other external causes.  Any unauthorised repaid or modification or customisation shall invalidate this warranty.  If the “broken is invalid” seal is broken this will also invalidate this warranty.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and cannot be extended to any other person.

If the product needs to be returned to TabTime, the purchaser will be responsible for paying carriage costs.

To the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the sole warranty provided by TabTime ltd, no other warranties are expressed or implied.
